CENTENNIAL, Colo. (Jan. 16, 2025) – SNC, the global aerospace and national security leader, welcomes Ray Fitzgerald as senior vice president of strategy for its ISR, Aviation and Security (IAS) business area. In this role, Fitzgerald will oversee the IAS business development, strategy, capture, technology and IRAD teams as well as SNC’s innovation incubator, JTF Sierra.

In joining SNC, Fitzgerald brings nearly 20 years of strategic acumen at the Board, C-Suite and Advisory level with deep expertise and successes in business development, corporate strategy, mergers and acquisitions and advisory services for both OEMs and startups. He has provided invaluable insights to multiple emerging defense contractors, ensuring meaningful growth in an industry that has been consolidating for decades.
In addition to his robust A&D industry experience, Fitzgerald is a former US Navy FA-18 pilot and Aviation Director for Navy Special Warfare Development Group.
