We advanced our expertise in encryption technology to create the future of key management systems - the Next Generation Load Device-Medium (NGLD-M). NGLD-M will allow soldiers to communicate securely using advanced algorithms to address threats from quantum computers capable of breaking current cryptography. The new device enables secure access to communications security (COMSEC) products via network and non-network access simplifying operations while providing strong security for tactical and strategic defense networks.

Next-Gen Cryptographic Devices

We are a leader in providing proven secure communications and key management systems to the Department of Defense (DOD). Since 2005, SNC has manufactured and delivered hundreds of thousands of NSA-certified Simple Key Loaders (SKL) in support of the DOD and its mission partners. The SKL is a secure and interoperable device, enabling streamlined management of COMSEC material, mission data and files through the use of encrypted keys, or codes. It continues to be backward-compatible with existing cryptographic systems.

As an upgrade to SKL, NGLD-M will provide soldiers with an advanced cryptographic capability to enable secure DOD and civil agency network systems. This integrated approach for generating, distributing and managing cryptographic keys for devices and applications creates a robust COMSEC tool to receive and distribute key material to a host of DOD and partner systems. NGLD-M builds on the success of SKL to bring customers a certified, innovative and cost-effective solution to support a diverse community of users. This includes enabling secure high-speed, high-capacity voice, data and video communications.
